Quicktion is a plugin in ChatGPT

Save an email by asking ChatGPT

"Save this to my Client CRM." That's the whole workflow. ChatGPT hands the email to Quicktion, and it lands in Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, Linear, Trello or Google Drive with your mappings, default values and AI processing applied.

Free plan includes 25 saves/month. No credit card required.

Connect once, then just ask

Your destinations already exist in Quicktion. ChatGPT uses them.

1

Add Quicktion in ChatGPT

Open Quicktion in the ChatGPT plugin directory and click Install plugin. You're sent to quicktion.io to approve the connection; it takes one click.

2

Ask ChatGPT to save an email

With an email open in ChatGPT, name the destination: "save this to my Client CRM". ChatGPT confirms, then saves.

3

Find it where you work

The email lands in Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, Linear, Trello or Google Drive with your mappings, defaults and AI processing applied, and shows up in your Quicktion activity feed.

Things you can say

Name the destination the way you named it in Quicktion. ChatGPT asks if it isn't sure.

  • "Save this email to my Client CRM in Quicktion."

A new page in your Notion CRM, with sender, date and body mapped to your properties.

  • "File this invoice in the Invoices sheet."

A new row in Google Sheets, amount and due date filled in if AI Processing is on.

  • "Put this in the Contracts folder."

A PDF of the email in your Google Drive folder.

  • "Which Quicktion destinations do I have?"

Your destinations by name, with each one's forwarding address.

  • "What did I save to Quicktion this week?"

Your recent saves with links to each record.
