Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
Using Our Services
You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services. Do not misuse our Services — for example, do not interfere with them or try to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and control laws. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. Do not remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Quicktion can use such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree that we may collect and use technical data and related information — including but not limited to technical information about your device, operating system, and software — that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of services and support. We may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve our products or to provide services to you.
Software & Updates
We continually update our tools to offer the best possible product. We may make changes to features or functionality at any time. If you are not satisfied with any changes, you are encouraged to contact our support team.
We may develop and provide updates including upgrades, bug fixes, patches, and new features. Certain features may not work properly if you do not install all updates. The software may update automatically on your device. You consent to such automatic updates, and these Terms apply to all updates.
Quicktion grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided as part of the Services. This license is solely for enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of Quicktion as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.
Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Warranties & Disclaimers
We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care. Beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms, Quicktion does not make any specific promises about the Services — including their content, reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. We provide the Services "as is."
Some jurisdictions provide for certain warranties, like the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.
Liability
When permitted by law, Quicktion will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses, or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Quicktion for any claims under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services (or, if we choose, to supplying you with the Services again).
In all cases, Quicktion will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer legal rights that may not be waived by contract.
Business Use
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these Terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Quicktion and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, action, or proceedings arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Data Retention
Certain data may be stored on our servers in connection with your use of Quicktion. This consists primarily of anonymous analytical data or information relating to your usage, but may also include data you have stored through our tools.
Quicktion will retain your data for a period of thirty (30) days following termination of your account. After this retention period, we reserve the right to delete your data from our servers. It is your responsibility to keep copies of your data in other secure storage. Quicktion will not be responsible for any loss of data.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms to reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no earlier than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue your use of the Services.
If you do not comply with these Terms and we do not take action immediately, this does not mean we are giving up any rights we may have. If a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of Argentina. All disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Argentinian courts.
