Yes. If Quicktion isn't working for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. Billing runs through Paddle, which handles refunds in a few business days.

What counts as an email?

Only successfully saved emails count toward your monthly limit. Failed saves and retries are free. One email saved to one destination = one count, even if it has multiple attachments.

What happens when I hit my monthly limit?

On Free (25/month), additional emails are held until your cycle resets. You'll get a notification with your reset date and an upgrade option. On Pro (1,000/month), the same applies — and we'll reach out before you hit the cap.

Can I downgrade from Pro to Free?

Yes. Downgrade from your dashboard at any time. You'll keep Pro features through the end of your current billing period, then move to Free. Your destinations and data stay intact — you'll just be capped at 1 destination and 25 emails/month.

Yearly saves roughly 17% ($120/year vs. $144 if you paid monthly). Pick monthly if you want to try Pro for a billing cycle first. You can switch between monthly and yearly anytime from your billing page.
