Plans and Pricing

Quicktion offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. You can start using Quicktion at no cost and upgrade when you need more capacity.

Free Plan

The Free plan is available to everyone with no credit card required. It includes:

  • 25 emails/month -- Only successfully saved emails count toward this limit. Failed saves and retries are free.
  • 1 destination -- One forwarding address linked to one Notion database.
  • Smart auto-mapping -- Quicktion automatically maps email fields (subject, sender, date, body) to your Notion database properties.
  • Activity feed -- View the status of your processed emails in the dashboard.
  • 30-day log retention -- Email logs are kept for 30 days.
  • Community support

The Free plan is a good way to test Quicktion and see if it fits your workflow before committing to a paid plan.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan is for users who need higher volume and more control over how emails are saved. It includes everything in Free, plus:

  • 1,000 emails/month
  • Unlimited destinations -- Create as many forwarding addresses as you need, each linked to a different Notion database.
  • Default value tagging -- Set default values for Notion properties so every saved email is automatically tagged or categorized.
  • Advanced property mapping -- Full control over which email fields map to which Notion properties.
  • Unlimited log retention -- Email logs are kept indefinitely.
  • Priority support

Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. The yearly option saves you roughly 17% compared to paying monthly.

Team Plan

A Team plan with 5,000 emails/month, multiple team members, shared destinations, and admin controls is coming soon.

How Billing Works

  • Billing resets monthly on your subscription anniversary date. Unused emails don't roll over.
  • Only successful saves count toward your monthly limit. If an email fails to save (e.g., due to a Notion permissions issue), it doesn't count.
  • Quicktion uses Paddle as its payment processor. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and tax compliance.
