Parseur parses documents. Quicktion saves emails where you work.
Parseur is a strong AI parser for high volumes of invoices, PDFs and structured mail. Quicktion is for people who want each email to land in Notion, Sheets, Airtable, Linear, Trello or Drive with the body and attachments, plus a few AI-extracted fields, and who'd like a Gmail add-on for the emails they pick by hand.
Free plan includes 25 emails/month. No credit card required.

Why people switch from Parseur
Airtable and Notion go through Zapier
Parseur's native exports are Google Sheets, Excel, Zapier, Make, Power Automate and webhooks. Its own Airtable and Notion integration pages spell out the chain: Parseur extracts, sends to Zapier, Zapier adds the row. That's a second subscription and a second thing to debug. Quicktion writes to Airtable and Notion directly.
Priced per page, from $39 a month
Parseur's free plan covers 20 pages a month permanently, which is generous for testing. Paid starts at $39/month, and every PDF page is a credit, so a 6-page invoice costs 6. Quicktion Pro is $12/month for 1,000 emails, attachments included in the count.
You get fields, not the email
Parseur outputs the values it extracted. If you also want the readable email in your database, with the links, the sender and the original attachment file, that's a separate concern. Quicktion saves all of it and adds extracted fields on top.
No button inside Gmail
Parseur works from a mailbox address you forward to. There's no way to save one email you're reading with a click and check the result before it's written. Quicktion has forwarding for the automated flow and a Gmail add-on with a preview for the rest.
When Parseur is the better choice
Parseur is the better choice for document-heavy parsing at volume: multi-page invoices, purchase orders, tables of line items, mail that is really a PDF with a cover note. Its AI needs no templates, it handles layout variation well, and its exports into Sheets, Excel and the automation platforms are mature. If parsing is a line of business rather than a side task, its per-page model scales further than Quicktion's 1,000 emails a month on Pro.
When Quicktion is the better choice
Quicktion is the better choice if what you actually want is the email in your tool. Whole email, attachments, sender and date mapped to properties, a few AI-extracted fields on Pro, six destinations written to directly, and a Gmail add-on for one-off saves. It costs $12/month flat and doesn't need Zapier to reach Airtable or Notion.
How to switch from Parseur
Migration takes about 5 minutes.
Sign up for Quicktion
Free account at quicktion.io, 25 emails a month, no credit card.
Connect the destination directly
If your Parseur output was going Zapier-to-Airtable or Zapier-to-Notion, connect Airtable or Notion straight to Quicktion and pick the table or database.
Set up the fields
Standard fields map automatically. For each value Parseur was extracting, add a property or column and, on Pro, describe it in the AI prompt.
Repoint the forwarding rule
Forward to your Quicktion address instead of your Parseur mailbox. Keep the Zap off once rows look right.
Keep Parseur for the heavy documents
If part of your flow is 40-page PDFs or line-item tables, leave that on Parseur. Quicktion replaces the email-to-record part.
