Manage Your Subscription

You can manage your Quicktion subscription entirely from the dashboard. Billing, invoices, and payment methods are handled through Paddle's customer portal.

Upgrade to Pro

  1. Sign in to your Quicktion dashboard at quicktion.io.
  2. Go to the Billing page from the sidebar.
  3. Choose either Monthly or Yearly billing.
  4. Complete the checkout through Paddle's payment form.

Your Pro plan activates immediately after payment. You'll have access to 1,000 emails/month, unlimited destinations, and all Pro features right away.

View Your Current Plan and Usage

The Billing page in your dashboard shows:

  • Your current plan (Free or Pro)
  • Your billing cycle and next billing date (if on Pro)
  • How many emails you've saved this period out of your monthly limit

Update Your Payment Method

If you need to change your credit card or payment method:

  1. Go to the Billing page in your dashboard.
  2. Click Update Payment Method.
  3. This opens Paddle's customer portal where you can enter new payment details.

If your payment fails, you'll see a warning on the Billing page with a direct link to update your payment method. Update it promptly to avoid any interruption in service.

View Invoices and Billing History

Paddle automatically sends invoices to your email after each payment. You can also access your full billing history through the Paddle customer portal:

  1. Go to the Billing page in your dashboard.
  2. Click Update Payment Method to open the Paddle portal.
  3. From there, you can view and download past invoices.

Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Go to the Billing page in your dashboard.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm the cancellation through Paddle's portal.

What happens after cancellation

  • Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • After that, your account reverts to the Free plan (25 emails/month, 1 destination).
  • Your destinations are preserved. If you have more than one destination, the extra destinations become inactive. They aren't deleted -- they'll reactivate if you upgrade again.
  • Your email logs and Notion data are not affected. Everything already saved to Notion stays in Notion.

Reactivate After Cancelling

If you've cancelled and want to come back:

  1. Go to the Billing page in your dashboard.
  2. Click Reactivate and complete the checkout.

Your existing destinations will become active again.

Refunds

If you need a refund, contact support at support@quicktion.io. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
