## Free
- Price: $0/month
- Limits: 25 successful saves/month, 1 destination
- Features: Email forwarding, Gmail add-on, smart auto-mapping, attachment support, activity feed, 30-day log retention, community support
- Branding: Notion pages and Drive PDFs saved on Free end with a small "Saved with Quicktion" line
- Credit card required: No

## Pro
- Price: $12/month (billed monthly) | $120/year (billed annually, about 17% off)
- Limits: 1,000 successful saves/month, unlimited destinations
- Features: Everything in Free, plus AI Email Intelligence (summarize or rewrite the body, extract structured data into typed properties, read PDF and image attachments), default values for auto-tagging, advanced property mapping, no Quicktion branding, unlimited log retention, priority support
- Credit card required: Yes
- Note: AI Email Intelligence is not available on Google Drive destinations (they are file sinks, not databases)

## Details
- Only successful saves count toward the monthly limit; failed saves and retries are free
- Usage resets monthly on the subscription anniversary; unused saves don't roll over
- All plans include the Gmail add-on (Google Workspace Marketplace)
- Email forwarding works with any email client (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo, Thunderbird, etc.)
- No per-email fees on Pro, flat monthly rate
- Cancel anytime, no long-term contracts; billing is handled by Paddle
